Our team is dedicated to innovation, problem-solving, and building meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues.<\/p>\n<h4>About the Role<\/h4>\n<p>As a Materials Shipping Associate, you will prepare shipments, maintain inventory of shipping materials, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.<\/p>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Use and operate materials management software including Rozetta and ProTracker<\/li>\n<li>Work with Sales Admin staff to identify daily shipping requirements<\/li>\n<li>Receive Finished Goods from production and prepare for shipment according to Shipping Matrix instructions<\/li>\n<li>Identify and properly handle electronic components and specialized materials (ROHS, ITAR, MSD, ESD components)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare product for shipping: wrapping, boxing, verifying product and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Match shipment paperwork with the product, labels and packages<\/li>\n<li>Update shipping Matrix on daily basis and post weights and shipping charges<\/li>\n<li>Schedule shipments using UPS, Fed Ex Web, World Carrier or other designated carriers<\/li>\n<li>Operate hand-truck or pallet jack to move shipments from shipping dock to<\/li>\n<li>storage or work area<\/li>\n<li>Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies<\/li>\n<li>Follow documentation including travelers, BOMs, work instructions, and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>No prior experience required &#8211; comprehensive training provided<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or GED preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals<\/li>\n<li>Basic mathematical skills &#8211; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Computer savvy with willingness to learn ERP software<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow detailed written instructions<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well in a team environment<\/li>\n<li>Reliable attendance and punctuality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Physical Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Use of hands for fine motor tasks such as component handling<\/li>\n<li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds regularly<\/li>\n<li>Ability to push\/pull carts with materials weighing up to 50 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Occasional climbing of ladders to access inventory in storage locations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in various temperature conditions in warehouse environment<\/li>\n<li>Manual dexterity for operating scanners, label printers, and packaging tools<\/li>\n<li>Close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What We Offer<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive training program &#8211; no experience necessary<\/li>\n<li>Stable work environment with a growing global company<\/li>\n<li>Clear pathway for career advancement<\/li>\n<li>Supportive team environment focused on collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to develop valuable technical skills in electronics manufacturing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to Apply<\/h4>\n<p>Please send your resume to <a href=\"mailto:HR.VW@vexos.com\">HR.VW@vexos.com<\/a>.
